I trip over my own thoughts

Meditation has helped me to slow down and still my mind. Otherwise I trip over my own thoughts and even worse I race to keep up with them by spilling words out of my mouth without thinking first 🙂 I have learned the art of listening. Really listening to others and to my inner self. I have learned to temper my responses by seeing the other persons point of view instead of just reacting to my emotions. My whole perspective has shifted. And all from meditation. Just imagine what the world would be like if we all did that. Patience and compassion. We all come from love and we can all share this love. Just wanted to share an inner thought with you today. Blessings.
